Easement Plan

Easements are designed to allow one party to access another party’s property for various purposes. Typically, easements are created for access purposes, such as for vehicles or pedestrians, and utilities like sewer, drainage, electrical, gas, telephone, etc. However, they can be established for almost any purpose.
