Nima is now my favorite surveyor. he has helped me tremendously in developing my laneway house. He helped me on the topography survey , laying out foundation and he even pointed out the mistake other contractors’ made and I was extremely happy that he identified the issue and got resolved quickly without costing me a lot of money later down the road.We have also found out the previous owner built the fence too far inside the property and I am able to get my land back!I would recommend anyone looking for a professional land surveyor reaching out to Nima.
