I’m Nima Ghiasi, the founder of Nima Geomatics, a BC land surveyor with over 20 years of local experience.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of exploring the diverse landscapes of BC, surveying across different regions, including the North East, Interior, and South Coast. I am passionate about the physical challenge and outdoorsy nature of the job, finding fulfillment in overcoming obstacles and gathering crucial data in the field.

After dedicating two decades to working with large corporations, I founded this company, driven by a desire to serve the community I live in and connect with individuals on a more personal level.

At Nima Geomatics, my core value is prioritizing people over profits. I believe in serving my clients with a personal touch and establishing long-lasting relationships built on trust and integrity. Being in control allows me the flexibility to focus on client needs without the constraints of meeting certain budgets or invoicing every hour spent on a project.

Beyond work, I’m an avid outdoor enthusiast, often indulging in adventures with my family and furry companion. Whether hiking the local North Shore mountains or embarking on backpack hunting excursions in pursuit of mountain critters like goat and sheep, I find solace and inspiration in the breathtaking beauty of BC’s wilderness.
